Megan Smeznik is an Educational Technology Associate for the Arts and Humanities at The College of Wooster. She works with faculty, staff, and students to develop critical skills in technologies in the humanities and arts. As a historian, Megan’s interest are in digital history, public history, women’s studies, and war. She received her BA in history from The College of Wooster and her Master’s Degree in History with a concentration in Public History from Kent State University. With more than three years experience of working in cultural institutions, Megan is intrigued by examining the fine but often complicated intersections between the public and the academy when it comes to history. Megan aspires to complete a PhD in the near future and continues to explore these evolving relationships. 1
